ABOUT TONY

I have been a massage therapist in Austin, Texas since 2000. I went to the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth for a BFA in Photography and Graphic Design. I moved to Boston to work in design and production but ultimately tired of the cubicle life. 1999 was the year of my big move to Austin to study at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School where I also worked as a massage instructor after graduating.

My Austin massage career started with a small studio in the Clarkesville neighborhood before evolving into the practice I have today. I was the senior massage therapist at Mecca Gym and Spa from its opening in 2000 until 2010. I also worked at a physical therapy office working under a team of Physical Therapists and a Chiropractor, where I honed the skills necessary to attend to acute needs in a rehabilitative environment.
